goold's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier provides cashback at a set rate on net weekly losses. The cashback amount is calculated by deducting total winnings from total losses for that week. 6.1 Bet Validity

If a match is cancelled or suspended for any reason, or if a technical error creates uncertainty about the outcome, goold may void the relevant bets and return the original stake. Any attempt to deliberately profit from an incorrect result will result in the winnings being forfeited.

6.2 Odds Changes

Odds change rapidly in live betting. goold reserves the right to change displayed odds until a bet is confirmed. Bets confirmed at unusual odds due to a technical error may be subject to review.

6.3 Casino Game Rules

Slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette, Teen Patti, and other games are each subject to their own rules. If a bet is left incomplete due to a game software or connection error, goold will investigate and make a decision, which will be considered final.

6.4 Crash Games

In Aviator and other crash games, the outcome of each round is determined by a verifiable random number generator. The player bears full responsibility for any loss resulting from not cashing out in time.
